This has turned into a tradition with birthdays so I could tell she was anxious and excited to get downstairs right when she woke up.
Jess and Jayven were pretty obsessed with the balloons.
I let her open up one of her presents before we got ready for the day. I was an American girl doll bed I found at a consignment sale. Her dolls need a place to sleep of course!
Then we got all fancied up...
And I let her open a couple more of her presents so she wasn't waiting impatiently all day to open them.
And Jayven made his way onto the table to play with the balloons some more.
Then Jess played with some of her new presents.
It's turning into a tradition to go to the mall and go to the American girl store for her birthday. We've done it for all of her birthdays so far. I wonder how long that will be her most wanted birthday destination. Haha.
First we had lunch at five guys then went next door to check out the dolls.
We are so thankful that grandma sent her some birthday money to pick out the doll she wanted for her birthday. Her choice is Grace the girl of the year!
Daddy and Jayven turned out to be unexpected twinsies for the day. So cute!
Then we took Grace over to the subset store to check out all the princess things.
Jess was so excited to take Grace and her puppy home to meet her other girls.
Look at these cute matching boys of mine!
After the mall fun we went home to have a birthday celebration with the family.
We had to carry on the Grace and Paris theme and served macarons and crossiants.
