Football Saturdays

Most Saturdays for the past couple of weeks have been spent at Logan's football games. Jess and Jayven love it mostly because they are outside and they would live outside if they could. Logan has been working hard and doing a great job. 

Two peas in a pod!

These two are the best of friends. They do everything together. They do fight occasionally but are happy together more than anything else. Jess misses him while he takes a nap and if he sleeps too long then she wants to go wake him up so he can play with her. When they wake up in the morning Jayven tells her "good morning!"

Jayven copies everything she says and does. They can't wait till Jonas can join in on the fun! 

Royals Game

Jonas went to his first of many Royals baseball games last Friday. Jess was so excited to go even though she doesn't really know anything about baseball yet. I think she's mostly in it for the cute clothes and the cotton candy just like mommy. Haha. Jonas slept through most of it as usual. 

Jonas's Baby Blessing

Jonas was blessed by his daddy on September 6th at 9 weeks old. Jordan said a beautiful blessing and Jonas only fussed a little bit through the whole thing. After church we had family over for dinner. As usual, Jayven fell asleep on our way home from church so Jordan carried him in and let him sleep longer. I wanted to take some family pictures and if you know me, you know how much I loved color coordinated clothes for our family. So Jordan and Jess were begging and complaining that they had to stay in their clothes until Jayven woke up from his nap. I kept telling them not to change. After hearing them complain enough I jokingly told them to go change and let's forget taking any pictures. 

Well, that's all Jess had to hear so she marched upstairs and picked out her very own outfit. I didn't want to fight her to change back into her other clothes. So That's why she's is so colorful in all of these pictures! Haha.
